@viceasia Instagram Launch Strategy

Gearing up for their 2019 launch, I was brought on to help establish an Instagram strategy roll-out plan for VICE Asia  – a digital media and broadcasting company that's "uncovering the wild, weird and wondrous in Asia, on Asia, for Asia." 

With a focus on the Asia-Pacific region, we developed a location-specific strategy that caters to the APAC countries' unique and diverse usage behaviors.

Since their launch, @viceasia has gained +70k Interactions and sees a monthly interaction rate of 4.46%.
